A new superhero emerges!

Our heroes aren’t always perfect. Sometimes they’re not even human. Meet Sammy, an unwanted stray pup rescued from the streets who finds his perfect home with Mr. and Mrs. Peas and becomes part of a loving, quirky family group. Ultimately, Sammy becomes a working therapy dog and in the process of adjusting to the world of humans learns about empathy, loyalty, and compassion. Sammy becomes an unwitting hero when he aids a child having an emotional breakdown in a park. This sparks instant fame on social media, where he is soon labeled “The Wonderdog.”

But the road to fame is rocky, and Sammy soon learns some hard lessons about the fleeting aspect of fame in the social media age, and an even more important lesson about putting aside his own prejudices when it comes to his least favorite creatures—cats!

Sammy the Wonderdog is perfect for 7-12 year olds, and great fun for adults to share with even younger children.
